Family Counselling & Support Services for Guelph-Wellington (FCSS) is a multiservice not for profit, community-based, family service agency dedicated to strengthening and enriching people by providing counselling, advocacy, support and educational service coordination to people with an intellectual/developmental disability and their families; and financial literacy, debt counselling and financial management counselling. FCSS is fully accredited and governed by a community-based Board of Directors.
