Registration Fees

Register early and/or invite colleagues to join you to get the very best rates! The basic conference fees for IPGA's 4th Annual Conference: Create the Freedom to Excel are as follows:

What Your Basic Conference Registration Fee Includes

• participation in the conference program, beginning with the Welcome Reception
at 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm on Thursday, June 21, 2007, continuing all day Friday, June 22,
and all day (until 4:00 pm) Saturday, June 23
• your choice of five different workshops (out of 30 options);
• meals and refreshments as follows: Welcome Reception appetizers (June 21);
morning and afternoon coffee breaks (June 22 and 23); two lunches (June 22 and 23);
one buffet dinner (June 22)
• receptions will feature a cash bar only

Conference Enhancements

Add the Pre-Conference Workshop: Policy Governance Fundamentals to your registration for just $269. This full-day workshop (8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 21, 2007), which provides a complete orientation to Policy Governance, includes a continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and a working lunch. This workshop can be attended in addition to the main conference, or on its own.

Conference participants can purchase additional June 22 dinner tickets for spouses and colleagues for $75 each. Please note: Conference participants are on their own for breakfast.
Be sure to visit the IPGA Bookstore at the conference to find a variety of key governance, management, business, non-profit and self-development resources. IPGA members are invited to attend the IPGA Annual General Meeting on Sunday, June 24, with breakfast at 7:30 am, and the meeting from 8:30 am - 10:00 am.
Complimentary meeting space is available at the conference location for organizations sending a group of five or more participants. Space is being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call or e-mail IPGA at your earliest opportunity.

Special Discounts and Scholarships

Discounts off the regular rate are available for conference presenters, participants from developing nations, those who can only attend the first or second day of the conference, and for full-time students. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your conference registration on or before May 11, 2007, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. If you cancel your registration after May 11, 2007, you will be charged the full cost of the conference but can find and substitute another participant to take your place at no additional charge.
